The Critics Agree With Us: Christmas Edition


Miriam Bale at New York's The L Magazine polled a bunch of Critics We Like about their favorite underrated Christmas movies, including Molly Haskell, Andrew Sarris, Jonathan Rosenbaum, Dave Kehr and others.

Here's my own Top 5 Christmas Movies:

1. It's a Wonderful Life (Frank Capra, 1946)
2. The Shop Around the Corner (Ernst Lubitsch, 1940)
3. All That Heaven Allows (Douglas Sirk, 1955)
4. Meet Me In St. Louis (Vincente Minnelli, 1944)
5. Die Hard (John McTiernan, 1989)
